How to use: Start by using once a day and until skin tolerance is achieved. Can be used morning and evening depending on your cleansing needs and as step one of your skin regime. Lather onto damp skin, cleanse for 30 seconds and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes. Wash off with chilly water.
